In order to be an "informed" seller of your season tickets, you must learn how to become an "educated" buyer, or at least know how the buyer thinks when they are considering buying your tickets.  You also must do some seasonal planning regarding your regular season tickets along with the possible playoff ticket bill.  That playoff bill may seem large, but the opportunities it will provide you as a season ticket holder will far out weigh the large financial investment.   When your team make the playoffs, you will already have a "built in" customer base for those playoff tickets.
